Governor's Citation Criteria
Requirements must be fulfilled by May 1, 2010
(6 completed)
Achieve 4 of 5 Service Recognition Citations (Club Service, Community Service, International Service, Vocational Service and New Generations) AND 4 out of 10 of the following:

- Mandatory: Complete RI Presidential Citation Goals and submit certification form to District Governor by March 31, 2010. (COMPLETED)
- Mandatory: Club and/or member participation at $100 level in Rotary Foundation Annual Programs Fund. (COMPLETED).
- District Conference Attendance – 15% of Members, including family members, guests, Rotaractors and/or interactors. (11 Attendees at District Conference). (COMPLETED).
- Membership Increase- 5%net increase counts as 1 requirement (2net increrase needed; 15% net increase counts as 2 (COMPLETED).
- New Basic PRLS and/or new Master PRLS Graduates-5% of Club (includes family members) (Need 2 new PRLS/Master PRLS Graduates) or 50% of existing club members are PRLS Graduates.
- Rotary Foundation “Every Rotarian Every Year” – 100% member participation in Annual Programs Fund.
- Rotary Foundation Annual Programs Fund – $135.00 per member (average may include club contribution).
- Rotary Foundation Benefactors. - Minimum of 2 new Benefactors or 50% of existing club.
- Total of New Rotary Foundation Major Donors, Bequest Society or Paul Harris Saociety members - 5% of club counts as 1 requirement (3 new donors needed); 10% of club counts as 2 requirements (7 new donors needed), or 50% of exsiting club members count as 1 requirement.
- Participate in the District Public Relations Grant.
- Club 3 Year Strategic Plan: Prepare and implement a strategic plan. Include current President, President Elect and President Elect Nominee in the strategic planning process.

Governor's Super Club Criteria
Requirements must be fulfilled by May 1, 2010
Completion of #1 is mandatory to attain Super Club status.

- Mandatory: Complete RI Presidential Citation Goals; submit certification to District Governor by March 31, 2010.
- Membership Increase- 10%net increase counts as 1 requirement (4 net increrase needed; 20% net increase counts as 2 requirements (7 net increase needed).
- Club Meeting Attendance-90% Average.
- District Conference Attendance- 30% of Members, including family members, guests, Rotaractors and/or interactors. (11 Attendees at District Conference). (COMPLETED).
- New Basic PRLS and/or new Master PRLS Graduates-10% of Club (includes family members) (Need 4 new PRLS/Master PRLS Graduates) or 70% of existing club members are PRLS Graduates.
- Rotary Foundation Annual Programs Fund – $200.00 per member (average may include club contribution).
- Rotary Foundation Benefactors. - Minimum of 4 new Benefactors or 70% of existing club.
- Total of New Rotary Foundation Major Donors, Bequest Society or Paul Harris Society members - 10% of club counts as 1 requirement (5 new donors needed); 20% of club counts as 2 requirements (14 new donors needed), or 70% of exsiting club members count as 1 requirement.
- Club Extension- Form/Charter a new Rotary Club with a minimum of 25 new members, counts as 2 requirements.
- Club 3 Year Strategic Plan: Prepare and implement a strategic plan. nclude current President, President Elect and President Elect Nominee in the strategic planning process.
