1. Complete RI Presidential Citation Goals and submit certification form to District Governor by March 31, 2012. Date Completed, Signed, and Submitted by Club President.
2. Have a Club Assembly early in the Rotary year to discuss how to achieve your Club, RI, and District goals. Explain if completed. COMPLETED: Assembly held July 5, 2011.
3. Have your Committees for Member Recruitment/Retention and Public Relations prepare written action plans to achieve a net increase in members. Explain if completed.
4. Publish Weekly Club Bulletin, hard or digital. Also set up a Facebook page. (counts as 2 requirements). COMPLETED: Explain if completed. Publish Weekly Club Bulletin (The Axis) Digitally.
5. Maintain a Club Website linked to www.rotarydistrict5240.org and updated at least monthly. Explain if completed. www.montecitorotary.org COMPLETED.
6. Improve the quality of your club meetings with particular emphasis on outstanding programs and adding elements to make the meeting FUN! Provide evidence of quality improvement. COMPLETED
7. Family of Rotary: Hold three fellowship events for club, family, former members outside of regular meeting. Explain if completed.
